Dr. Yiridoe and AAFC scientists are collaborating on a research project to assess the effect of alternative cropping systems (i.e., crop rotations, supplemental irrigation and reduced tillage) on nutrient cycling, soil properties and potato performance in PEI.
Under this project, AAFC funding is available to provide stipend for one MSc student for two years (or six semesters), starting May 2020. This opportunity is ideally suited to final year students with a major in BSc(Agr): Ag Economics, or聽 BA(Economics) .
