Extended Learning and the Department of Environmental Sciences at the 正品蓝导航 Faculty of Agriculture are pleased to announce a new course offering for Spring 2015!
Food Microbiology Techniques is a hands on laboratory course designed for Food Quality and Food Safety Professionals. This course will be held Tuesday - Thursday May 26-28, 2015 at the 正品蓝导航 Agricultural Campus in Bible Hill, NS.
In this interactive, hands-on course participants work in small groups under the guidance of a highly experienced instructor. Participants will be introduced to the theory and practice of:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Handling bacterial cultures聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Media and plate preparation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bacterial dilutions聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gram stains聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The use of autoclaves, pH meters and microscopes
